From the large number of exhibits, some were chosen to go through to the Manukau Institute of Technology Science Fair competition and competed against college students. The following students were placed:

We are very pleased and also very proud of our on going high results in the Australasian exams. Students are invited to sit these exams. They are encouraged but ultimately it is their choice.
Since first entering into these competitions in 1992 we have had one or more students top in one or more of these exams every single year. This is an outstanding achievement and says much about the high standards we are able to maintain year after year.
